Do players age? What is player Longevity?

Yes, players will age at a rate of one year for each season that goes by. Each season spans roughly 6 IRL calendar weeks.
Performance begins to degrade past a certain age until the player finally decides to hang up the boots.

Please note: During Alpha test seasons, aging is turned off. Right now, you can participate in MFL competitions without having to worry about that!

LONGEVITY (LON)

LONGEVITY relates to how long a player may maintain peak performance before their abilities deteriorate. Players with a high LONGEVITY rating will enjoy longer careers. The LON rating can range from 0 to 10. It is a hidden attribute that cannot be discovered up until the player retires.
